Crews work outside these hours where a move needs it — office moves especially. The office is when the phone is answered.

What to have ready

None of this is compulsory. It just means the first reply is an answer rather than a list of questions.

Both addresses. Street name matters in Fulham — it tells us the parking situation before we look anything up.
The floor, and whether there is a lift. The single biggest factor in what a Fulham move actually takes.
Roughly how much there is. Number of bedrooms is fine as a starting point. Whether the loft and the garage are full matters more than people think.
Your rough timing. Even "sometime in the spring" helps. A firm date obviously helps more.
Anything awkward. A piano, a very large mirror, a marble table, a building with a difficult managing agent, a street you already know is impossible.
How much packing you want. All of it, some of it, or just the materials dropped off.

Where we are

We work out of Fulham and cover SW6 as our core patch — Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, Sands End, Hurlingham, Fulham Reach and Walham Green — along with the neighbouring ground across the Fulham Road, the Palace Road and the bridges.

We are a mobile operation rather than a shop you walk into, so surveys happen at your address rather than ours. If you need a postal address for paperwork, email and we will send it over.

How quickly we come back

Within working hours, promptly. Outside them, the next working day. If it is genuinely urgent — a date that has just moved, a load with nowhere to go — ring rather than email, because that is the only way to get an answer while somebody is actually looking at the diary.
